Philippe Crist
Philippe is an Advisor for Innovation and Foresight for the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the OECD.
He focuses on disruptive urban mobility scenarios, and examines their implications for car-based and active mobility, public transport and urban space and vitality.
He leads ITF work on data science and investigates how policy and regulation might adapt to an increasingly algorithmically driven world.
Tim Papandreou
Tim is the Founder of Emerging Transport Advisors, a global advisory firm preparing companies, startups, investors and governments to seize the shared, electric, connected and automated mobility transition.
He was previously Chief Innovation Officer and Head of Strategic Planning for San Francisco’s transportation agency, before leading strategic partnerships at Google X and Waymo, working with teams to commercialize and launch the world’s first fully self-driving technology applied to ride-hailing, logistics and deliveries.
Mike Waters
Mike is Director of Policy, Strategy and Innovation at Transport for West Midlands.
He developed the regional UK pathfinder Future Mobility Zone, sponsors the West Midlands 5G mobility programme and transport innovation programmes.
He sits on the Midlands Future Mobility Board, Zenzic UK CAM Hub Steering and Advisory Boards, and on the SMART Transport Editorial Board. Mike is also embedded in Coventry University’s Future Transport and Cities Research Institute as a researcher focused on privacy concerns in Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.
